Missing of baggage can be declared within 48 hours of arrival of the person or baggage is not arrived before you leave the airport. Within 48 hours of arrival, missing baggage report can be prepared first to save the time within 48 hours. Following are the steps to be followed to claim the missing baggage.

• Customers first have to provide the receipt received at baggage checkin.
• You must indicate the 2 letters number and 6 digits written on the baggage tag.
• Check the list of airports from which you have to declare the missing baggage online.
• Download the online declaration form.
• If it takes more than 21 days for baggage return, customers can submit a reimbursement request through online forms of individual company.
• Based on the cost of the products or clothing, the compensation from the company is given.
• You can also contact Customer Service Number of your country for reporting the missing baggage.
• Despite of many efforts done by the company, if the package is said to be missing, then the compensation can be given to customers.
• If your item is received and found that some of the products are missing, then customers can claim for loss of an item.
• Claims for loss or damaged items are settled as per the applicable convention.
• Passengers are not said to courier like jeweler, negotiable papers or currency in their checked baggage.
