This company are shocking. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
The package, delivered to Goa from Delhi arrived a week ago and despite a call from one of it's staff clowns in the Tivum office (+91-9960-114373) stating it would be delivered later that day, I spend each day and over 30 phone calls already from myself, as well as a fluent Hindu speaker and the original sending office, trying to get any kind of answer at all. They thrive on not telling you any true info. They actually play a game with you and you can hear them laughing.
The entire system in Panjim (0832) 2227-944 is staffed by a group of clowns who all seem to think they are a comedian working in a FEDEX job! How curious.
They are ringing my home number now harassing me, like the whole thing is a joke! Try asking for a manager- you end up talking to chief clown who will quite happily wind you up some more. If you enjoy not knowing when your parcel will get to you- if at all and like being spoken down to as a paying customer, this is the clown factory for you! I am told, as I have been several times already, that my package will be delivered sometime today. If that happens, I will be amazed. Meantime, I am going to attempt to save you the trouble I have experienced first hand and write as many reviews as possible. This company in Panjim and Tivum can pretty much do as they please, with no-one it seems, taking any notice at all of the staff's behavior. This is a unique service and I have never ever experienced anything quite like it at all. India is not known for it's customer service, as a rule, but in this case, there isn't any at all to speak of.
