Customers can intercept the parcel delivery if it is not delivered to the consignee or if the parcel is in Transit. Some companies even offer Intercept services as long as it is not delivered to the destination address. Following are the Intercept services offered by the companies:
Return to the sender: If you choose this option then the courier companies will return the product to you.
Delivery to another address: In case if the client address has been changed, then customers can reroute the package to a new destination.
Reschedule delivery: companies keep the product safely in the ware house and delivers the goods on a future date as mentioned by the customer.
Will call: If you don’t want to avail the services offered by the company then call to the customer care team and request to the package for a pickup by the consignee.
Only some companies provide these Paid Intercept services, but to avail this service customers must log on to the website and check for the status of the shipment or can even choose the Request delivery Intercept option provided on the website by some companies. In case if it is not delivered then customers can call to the Customer support Team and request to Intercept the delivery of the parcel.
