Packaging must be carefully carried out as it is the important step to ensure safe delivery of the good. Most importantly electronic goods like TV’s must be packed with care as they may get damaged easily during the transit. Customers are requested to follow the below mentioned packaging steps to pack TV:
- Take a strong rigid carton of required size that perfectly fits the TV and its accessories.
- Use padded envelops for sharp edges or odd shapes.
- Fragile items should not touch each other and if necessary pack the accessories separately.
- Fill out containers with cushioning material like bubble wrap or polyesterine chips.
- Affix a neatly addressed label on the item for safety purpose. In case if the outer cover is damaged then the item may be delivered safely through this label.
- Place the TV and accessories in a rigid carton box.
- Flatten any sharp edge from staples or metal fastenings and cover with a tape.
- Use fragile sticker if necessary.
- Affix the label on top of the parcel box.
