Mirakle Couriers started by Dhru Lakra in the year 2009 who focused on courier business by helping deaf people and giving them employment opportunities. Because courier business needs only visual skills rather than verbal communication, the company mainly focused on providing employment opportunity to deaf people offering courier services. About 20 deaf woman work as data entry operators which include tracking, scanning and 44 male deaf agents delivering client’s goods.
The company offer delivery services to all major metro cities in the country. It takes 1-2 days for domestic delivery, 2-4 days internationally and the next day delivery within Mumbai. Proof of the Delivery is also returned to the client after delivery of their consignment. It also won National Award for Empowerment of People With Disabilities given be Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
