- Customers first have to provide the receipt received at baggage checkin.
- You must indicate the 2 letters number and 6 digits written on the baggage tag.
- Check the list of airports from which you have to declare the missing baggage online.
- Download the online declaration form.
- If it takes more than 21 days for baggage return, customers can submit a reimbursement request through online forms of individual company.
- Based on the cost of the products or clothing, the compensation from the company is given.
- You can also contact Customer Service Number of your country for reporting the missing baggage.
- Despite of many efforts done by the company, if the package is said to be missing, then the compensation can be given to customers.
- If your item is received and found that some of the products are missing, then customers can claim for loss of an item.
- Claims for loss or damaged items are settled as per the applicable convention.
- Passengers are not said to courier like jeweler, negotiable papers or currency in their checked baggage.
