All packages must be properly packed with good quality packaging material. In case if it has suffered any damage in transit, then customers are requested to sign for the damaged package and they need to make a note on the receipt along with the brief explanation of the nature of damage.
If it is clearly damaged during transit then take photos of the damaged parcel and send it to the customer support team Email Id or take it to the nearest branch office of the respective company and open it before them to avail insurance.
In case of damaged electronic equipment, you might be requested to provide a document proving that the equipment can’t be repaired or exchanged.
Don’t forget to keep all the damaged goods and their packaging as they must be returned to the courier companies.
