First of all, I express My extreme dissatisfaction with the inefficiency of your courier service over the inability to delivery My order even after three days of My Order being already in Shillong and I’m totally fed up with the lies that your delivery agent made. And the sad thing is that even after lodging a complaint against your lies that you have attempted but failed to delivery for three days continuously, you failed to live up to your promise. This is total failure of your agency and I have never faced such thing before after so many years of My online shopping.
