Yes, Proof of delivery is provided by the companies either through the online sites or at the time of booking for the service at the branch office. Some leading courier companies like DHL, FedEx etc even provide electronic proof of delivery through the websites and UPS provides proof of delivery along with the Tracking option.
To obtain proof of delivery through the online portal kindly follow the below mentioned steps:
- Log on to the company website.
- Select the tracking option and enter the tracking number in the input field.
- Select Track. This will lead you to the tracking report page with all the details of the shipment.
- Select Proof of delivery option. It will provide the signature details in the form of an image.
POD details help you to deal quickly in case of any queries related to the delivery of the shipment.
