I am very Unhappy with the service provided in Kollam. The phone number mentioned here in the website and given to me by Ernakulam office do not respond. After several calls I finally got a number that worked. They are not polite.
PNG number 50480959 was given in your Panampilly Nagar Ernakulam office on 5th September. Today is 8th Sep but your Kollam office has not delivered or even called the recipient to say letter has arrived. After about 25 fruitless calls to number given and after getting the Panampilly Nagar number after multiple trials I got a number and they confirm letter is received in Kollam.
Why yhey have not called the recipient?
