The professional courier service in Ettiness Road, Ooty are Very very non professional courier service. Especially the staff are really irresponsible with worst attitude. Actually, I got around ten to twelve parcels and posts through this professional couriers Ooty, but they never delivered it to my home address. I had to visit their office address and collect my self in person every time. Couple of times, they didn’t even bothered to call me again and inform me regarding arrival of my parcel and returned them to the original address. Couple of times, few of my parcels travelled twice to the original address to reach me finally, but only with damages. Even once one post was returned back to some publication office from where I got the courier and iam still contacting the original source to get my post back, where some certificate has been issued. Very much upset with such an attitude of the staff of Ooty professional courier service. Actually, I need to file a police complaint against those irresponsible staff and administration of Ooty professional courier service in Ettiness Road.
